Reporting toTransformation Executive
To help support in the integration activities of recent and ongoing acquisitions plus other ongoing projects i.e. Brexit, GDPR, Target Operating Model, and Change Management.
Nexus are looking for a Project/Business analyst to work on a large scale global transformation programme. Ideally this person will understand insurance or alternatively may have had previous experience within a FinTech company, with the ability and desire to be involved in the delivery of complex and fluid programmes.
This role is a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. This is an ideal opportunity to add value to the business by ensuring that the business needs are clearly understood, documented and conveyed to the information technology teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity giving the role holder the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the company, including but not limited to peers, suppliers, testers, business partners, project managers, developers and the business to ensure successful delivery of projects.
To support as key referral point in current and future acquisition and on-boarding activities
To execute the agreed integration, project process and timeline
To maintain key stakeholder relationships
To support the execution of the project, co-ordinating all internal resources to deliver timely and flawless completion of project
To create, develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
To support resource availability and execution of contingency plans are in place
To support the overall progress monitoring and use of resource, proposing corrective action where necessary
Ensuring the bigger picture is understood with an awareness and understanding of any potential impact on other ongoing projects
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent or currently undertaking studies as this role may form part of a sandwich placement
Structured and intuitive thinker, able to view the bigger picture and the steps to enable it
Organised and able to manage to deadlines
Able to work with and support others
Ability to understand the needs of the business and tailor approach to meet the required outcome
Excellent Interpersonal skills, used to working with individuals of all levels and in all technical functions
Strong attention to details skills, focusing on detail to get required outcomes
Previous experience in an Insurance or Fintech role ideally within a project role or similar
